Arrived as expected/agreed. Double checked on coming back so I knew of any extra charges. Because I did not need cleared out right away, he cleared and came back to "clean up". I got what I paid for, and invoiced as expected, in a timely manner. No surprises, no big bill. Friendly, and responds to emails/texts in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
