I was at your location on this past Saturday it was two great employees that went out the way to assist me and my other drivers with the problem we had one of the guys was at the parts department and they other guy work in the mechanic shop thank you for your help . Ford did not honor discounts i was told available the dealership was straight up about this i feel this is a ford thing not a dealership issue
Scheduled an appointment for a recall service and oil change. Dropped the vehicle off at 0730 it was ready at 1115. Provided a free courtesy shuttle. Very pleasant experience. Scheduled an oil change with the works, total wait time was about 55 minutes. Scheduled a service to replace the rear shocks, with a courtesy shuttle. My car performs much better. 8/25/2026
