Great experience for recalls. Friendly staff that communicated progress timely.
Whether you’re looking to buy or service a car you can’t find a better place than All-State Ford. The sales team are knowledgeable, fair & answer all your questions. Same for the service team. Manager Randy Harrison has built a first rate team of people committed to providing a good experience in buying & servicing your car. I won’t go anywhere else when it’s time for my next car. You should definitely check them out.
Excellent service department
I am reviewing the service department. Rhonda and Jason took great care of me. There is a discount for paying cash/debit/check VS charge card. I'm sticking with All-State for all of my service and repair needs. *They do all Fords too, not just trucks!
Service Department is top notch. I had a recall and oil change completed on my explorer. I was provided a loaner vehicle for Monday and Tuesday while my vehicle was serviced. I will continue to use them now for all oil changes and services.
