I may have reviewed All-State when I purchased my 2026 Maverick (Mavis). This time I am reviewing the service department. I was greeted kindly and on time. The service was also timely and I was on my way very quickly. They offered a shuttle if needed and/or pick up/drop off if I needed it- not this time but good to know in the future. I'm sticking with All-State for all of my service and repair needs. *They do all Fords too, not just trucks!
2023 F350 6.7 Power stroke, making a terrible ticking noise. Problem wasn’t Resolved said it was a common sound, but at the same town, they did not have a truck on the lot that would duplicate the noise. Essentially told me not happy with it I could sell it or go to a different dealership.
I had a 90 minute drive to reach All State Ford, so I was very appreciative of the phone, email, and text support in learning about the truck I ended up buying. When I drove up to inspect and assess the truck, Howard Ensor (salesman) was very courteous and helpful, without being pushy. We discussed points of the truck and where he lacked the knowledge he reached out to others for it. I never felt anything of the pressure to purchase as I so often did at other dealerships.
