This review is from the home-owners perspective relying on All Stars to manage my property. I really felt my property was taken care of when I was renting it out. I was a first-time landlord and out of state. They found great tenants to rent my home too and the repairs that did come up were always taken care of quickly and well priced. I really appreciated the way they handled business.
Ex-renter here. Now that I've checked off the last box on my moveout to-do list, I'm comfortable posting that as far as landlords go, I really liked my experience with All Star. I lived on one of their properties for five years, and they were always expeditious and communicative. Will not be doing business with Allstar's Property in the future. Property Management barely does anything and when they do it feels rushed and half-assed.
