Worked fast, took apart and rebuilt my bedframe, drove cautiously and safely, unloaded quickly. but also pretty sure they took my $2 dollar bill out of my drawer and handled my items pretty roughly so some fragile items did not make it.
Marcus, Mikey, and Vin are true Professionals!!! We had the pleasure of spending the whole day with them. They treated our move with the utmost care. The truck was packed to the brim, and then brought into our new home with much care. They placed furniture and then replaced furniture when it wasn’t quite right(several times) with no issues. We recommend them 100%!!
These guys are a total Scam!! They send a low quote and then ask for cash once they get there. Once they load everything is loaded in their truck, they have you sign a contract. The price was 8 times the quote. But they strategically already have your stuff in their truck, they either make you pay or take your stuff to a storage facility, and they make you pay cash. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY NAMED : ALL STAR MOVING AND STORAGE LLC They are TOTAL SCAMMERS, NEVER EVER PAY CASH, CASH APP, MONEY ORDERS, WIRE AND DON'T EVER BELEIVE THE LOW BALL QUOTE ,THEY OFFER YOU YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR STUFF AGAIN!!!! I want to start off by saying that ANGEL the young lady I spoke to on the phone to book our move was amazing!! I got a text at 11:54 a.m. on Saturday confirming my Sunday morning 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. arrival time for the Movers. "You would think first move of the day" 9:30 we still did not have the movers at the house or any communication from them whether or not they were going to be late.
