Highly unprofessional staff - the office manager cussed my husband out on the phone. The scratched multiple items and busted my upright chest with their dolly. The asked if we wanted our items wrapped, which we did but never mentioned protecting them with padding - ever! When we called to mention the busted item, they asked my husband if he could read! They said it was t their fault and accepted no responsibility- their dolly went through my chest!! They do not care about your items and even said on the phone - we dont care ... read more
