Came in for an oil leak. I was treated well, kept up to date on what was being done, they were patient with me having to call back to decide what I was going to get fixed n what I would wait to get done bc I'm on a tight budget. When I picked up my car they showed me what was repaired and what needed future repairs. They didn't make me feel dumb and weren't patronizing since I am a female, which a lot of shops do. I brought my car in on a very busy Saturday when I suddenly started having engine problems. The staff looked at my vehicle right away and gave me some solutions they would try. When I returned to pick up my car, the owner looked into the problem more on his own and let me know there was a recall that ended up causing the problems. He got everything situated so I could take it to the dealer effortlessly and quickly. Without his help and individualized care I would have lost a lot of money and time. Thank you!
Al and his family are very professional and warm people, they took me in on a short notice.They made me comfortable as I waited on my truck. I definitely will recommend this automotive body shop to my family and friends. Thank you so very much.
