These guys rock, had them out to my house while I was out in the field. Came home after two weeks, did the replacement, secured my vehicle. Was happy to come home and have it done. Great job and thanks for the military discount.
Answering calls/Call backs: Horrible. They don't have a scheduler. It's been a month since I've tried to have a regulator in my window replaced, 4 scheduled appointments. When they've missed an appointment I've had to call to find out where they are and to reschedule. Their sales person is nice, tries to get you a deal, gets your credit card.
