We called to ask if there was a restocking fee prior to driving back here since its super far from where we reside; the guy we spoked to on the phone assured us it would be a 20%restocking fee. When we got there, the guy charged us 50%. When we brought up how we were told it was 20%, the guy admitted it was him to whom we spoke to and said "Youre even lucky im only charging you 50%. I use to enjoy purchasing my electrical supplies and material from here but over the past 3 years it has changed. Bad customer service, over priced and no more knowledgeable professionals that understand the electrical business. Today I went to get help with some LED modules I purchased from them over a year or 2 ago(keep in mind LES modules have a 5 year warranty) they sis not want to helper out.
