They didn’t catch a nail in the sidewall of my tire. My tire was low and I had noticed what I thought was a rock. I took it in, and they “thoroughly inspected all of my tires” And they all looked perfect, I just needed to ignore the tire pressure sensors. So I ignore the tire pressure sensors. And drove 500 miles. Only to get there and find that my tire was at 10 psi. Went to look and had made a decision not buy that day. Our salesman, Milan, understood and worked with us for about 3 hours showing us different vehicles and letting us test drive multiple vehicles. We sat down and worked through some payment options so we would be as informed as possible. We loved the way we were treated and decided to go back the next day and made the purchase. I had been watching a car on the All Star website for about a month - reached out for information and determined the quote was not where I wanted it to be plus factoring in driving more than 5 hours to pick it up.
