Completely disappointed with this place. We showed up on Saturday, Dec 20, to board our dog for the weekend. Being the weekend before Christmas they were full (which is why I booked well in advance). They couldn't find our reservation. In addition, the day I made the reservation, I went in for a tour and had an appointment and he received his kennel cough vaccine. Today was our first visit and we saw Dr Cloud. I explained about our dogs fears and anxiety and the staff was simply amazing. They didn't rush us, they were very compassionate, and because of that our pup had a great visit. They offered for us to come back for "treat visits" so she can get used to them and not assocaite them as bad. We couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for making our first visit so perfect. Love Dr King and her staff ! They have been taking care of my dogs for more than 6 years.
I have never liked going to the vet. I feel most of them just want my money, but All-Star was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful and really made me feel comfortable taking my dog here. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!
