Top tier professionalism and vet friendly!
I cannot recommend the dentist here enough. She is absolutely fantastic, takes a wonderfully conservative approach to dental care whenever possible, and genuinely has the patient's best interest at heart. The clinical care here is top-tier. However, the checkout experience with the front office receptionist on duty was incredibly disappointing. Everyone is fantastic! From the front desk ladies (who are friendly and professional) to the dental assistants to the dentist. I'd give more than 5 stars, if i could.
All of the staff and the dentist, (Dr. Stroud ) were super helpful, friendly and kind. I was a bit nervous about the injections and tooth extraction, but they did an amazing job with preventing any discomfort or pain. I was very impressed with everything, after not so great- past experiences with other civilian and military dental procedures. My experience today was not so good. I’ve never had my teeth glossed before actually cleaning them today. The fluoride was placed on teeth in a hurry, leaving it all on my lip. Once the rush job was done for cleaning there was no floss procedure conducted at all; and the actual doctor is the one who conducted the cleaning. Procedure and process of general cleaning was not performed the way I’ve ever experienced.
