I have not worked with them personally but have through the company I work with and they are always pleasant to talk to, quick on repairs, and proactive! Al has a great personality and has even gone out of his way to video call to try and fix an issue before determining if we needed to ship our cameras to them!

Very disappointing... I hate leaving a bad review but I am so disappointed in the quality of service I've received. I've used All star (Customeyes) for several years and have about 6 of their camera systems. I seem to have their equipment repaired frequently. This last time I sent one of their sidepack monitors back to them to be repaired. The monitor is only a year old. After a $400 repair they send it back to me. Very disappointed with All Star Sewer Equipment. I have bought several products from them in the past and have had good experiences with them at the the trade show so I decided to use them to repair a Ridgid sewer camera for me. I called them and asked what it would cost to have our Ridgid Micro reel sewer camera repaired. I was given a price of over $450.00 to repair a broken pushrod that was 1” from the camera head.
