Not a professional company. Al Berry had told me to shut up when I had called frustrated about having to get my camera repaired so soon.. I had only used the camera twice and have a had terrible experience with their equipment and now customer service.
Really was hesitating for a long period of time to place a review after a few months of trying to get solutions I determine to help others. Avoid the headaches that me and a few friends in the industry are going through with. I have not worked with them personally but have through the company I work with and they are always pleasant to talk to, quick on repairs, and proactive! Al has a great personality and has even gone out of his way to video call to try and fix an issue before determining if we needed to ship our cameras to them!
