We have been using All Star Sewer Equipment for 15 years. We first met Terry, the owner at the WWET show back then. He sold us our first Rigid camera. Since then we have bought several cameras and monitors from them and currently have we two of the Custom Eyes Cameras, 150 feet long push cable with counters. Al Berry has been outstanding with customer service, every time. We have used them for all our camera repairs, they are prompt and do a great job. Terry, Al, Heather and the crew are great people, hands down.
Had the all star mini just over 2 years, have probably spent the same on repairs as the total price of the camera. It broken multiple times, had to have the camera completely replaced once, the wiring looks like a 7 year old did it, the app it uses to connect no longer works as advertised and their solution was "buy an iPad", now the camera reel has come completely disconnected from the base leaving the camera usless yet again, they have absolutely no pride or quality in the equipment or customer service. Not a professional company. Al Berry had told me to shut up when I had called frustrated about having to get my camera repaired so soon.. I had only used the camera twice and have a had terrible experience with their equipment and now customer service.
Really was hesitating for a long period of time to place a review after a few months of trying to get solutions I determine to help others. Avoid the headaches that me and a few friends in the industry are going through with.
