After viewing a place, was told that I would receive the application via email later on that evening. It's been over a week now and nothing. To the owner who responded to my original review, Mr Montoya was never told that the place was not in my budget, it was actually a little below it. My wife and I loved it and he asked me to text him my email address witch I did. I left with a good feeling about the place, but mixed about Mr Montoya as he seemed uninterested in us and I guess my gut was correct.

My husband and I have known Bill for years, he has found good tenants for our apartments, great properties that we have purchased. He is professional, courteous and always works diligently. We highly recommend Bill.

I have had the pleasure of working with John Montoya for a few months now, he is very professional and attentive to detail! My company has definitely made the right decision in listing our property with All Star Service Realty, I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

These guys were great ! I dealt with 3 grimey realtors for a month before finding John and within a week I had a great place that took my pets! Honest, friendly not shady at all and very knowledgeable about the property and owners. Highly recommend All star and will be back when it’s time to buy a home.

Worked with John and he was more interested in making sure his commission was paid rather than the interest of his client (me). Even gave me false information to insure he was paid. Wouldn't do business with them again. Kind of sketchy company & even where I live he failed to mention the management issues.
