Staff were friendly, and polite. Prices ridiculously high.

We bought a trailer from all star in Sherwood park last year. This was a brand new trailer that was sold to us with a broken shower insert. This was fine with us as we were told that it would be fixed at the end of the camping season so that we could enjoy or RV and all star could order the new shower insert. Come fall we had our trailer back in at all star for some warranty work (we paid for the extended warranty that they highly encourage) as well as to get the shower fixed. We bought our first trailer from All-Star back in October of 2014. When it came time to upgrade, this was the first place we went to. Once again we were not disappointed. Sure you pay more at a dealership for anything, but for RV's I'd rather pay more for peace of mind rather than taking on someone else's problems. All-Star goes through the trailers from top to bottom to make sure you are getting the best unit that you can before you take it away.
