I’m going to share my experience with this company, they did an install on my roof in 2022 while the previous home owner lived here. The previous home owner and myself remain in contact and she provided me with the information to this company who took care of a roof replacement here at my home in 2022. The area of the leak I have in my home now apparently would be an exclusion in their agreement. Also you need to make sure the previous home owner transfers the roof warranty into your name or they will deny a warranty claim. ... read more
