Working with All Star Roofing was an extremely frustrating experience, and I am far from impressed. My property manager hired them to replace a wind turbine that had blown off of my rental property's roof. They charged us for two turbines but only replaced one. When we realized the error, my PM promptly reported it to All Star. At least half a dozen calls/messages, more than one promise of "It will get done today or tomorrow", and two months later, the mistake still had not been corrected.
