I hired All Star to replace my roof with a standing seam metal roof in 2018 with a lifetime leak free warranty. I began having a leak issue in 2024 and called multiple times to try to get the issue resolved. The few times I spoke with the receptionist she would tell me someone would be calling to schedule but I never received a callback. Called twice to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. Was told I would get a call back. Waited over a week and they never contacted me.
All Star Roofing is absolutely amazing. We worked with Robert who answered every question I had, and I can assure you there were a lot. He helped us find what was best for our home and worked extremely quick. His crew made sure everything was picked up and clean at the end, which was a big deal for us because there were lots of nails and we have kids and dogs. I cannot speak highly enough about them and would absolutely trust them with any roofing needs.
