All Star Roofing located in Tomball, tx installed a metal roof on my home in 2020. Today I found a leak. I called All Star Roofing and talked to Karen , told her about the leak she said someone would call me back. Joel the owner called and set a date and time for them to come and find the leak. All Star replaced my roof and were able to do a repair from where a tree had fallen on our roof. They were professional, and did an exceptional job from start to finish. Very pleased with the whole process!
I hired All Star to replace my roof with a standing seam metal roof in 2018 with a lifetime leak free warranty. I began having a leak issue in 2024 and called multiple times to try to get the issue resolved. The few times I spoke with the receptionist she would tell me someone would be calling to schedule but I never received a callback.
