The people there have always been nice. The prices are reasonable. I've never had any drama. One time I got a drum sander that broke while in use, so I brought it back. They gave me another machine and a free day. If you have any questions, ask the employees. They've seen these machines leave and come back all the time, and have probably heard every story about everything that could possibly go wrong on a project.
