Scheduled a Penske truck return here. Place was closed and locked when I arrived to return a truck, despite it being normal business hours. From the outside there is no indication whatsoever that they rent Penske trucks. No Penske key return box. Not even a sign that says the company name: "All star rentals". More like 1 out of 5 star rentals.

Outrageously expensive. Was able to go to a nearby rental place and paid a quarter of Penke’s price (for a bigger truck).
After a mishap at a Leavenworth location All Star Penske saved my cross country move! They are kind, professional, and efficient. Went out of their way to help. Hopefully won’t need another moving truck in Kansas City but if I ever do I will be coming here!
