Horrible service!! This company is a joke!! Can’t get a hold of property owner to fix the problem??? It’s been 6+ months!! Asked to withhold the rent till its resolved- got response there will be late charge?? Do your responsibility as a landlord and all this can be avoided. Anyone know a lawer who can help?

1. The office address listed for this company is out of date. In fact, they have no office that a consumer can actually visit if/when there’s a problem. 2. Inconsistent heat in the office I’ve rented. 3. Modifications to the office space done cheaply and without competent foresight. 4. I sent multiple emails and voicemails saying that I was going to withhold my rent. No one got back to me.
