Do not give your business to this real estate agency! Theyve basically taken advantage of the foreclosure crisis and prey on families by taking away their homes and then selling the homes at a small fraction of what theyre worth. This is definitely the most unethical agency in Bay County.
The associate that we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Gave us some good advice and tips. We would deal with Jay again. We got a decent fixer-upper in a decent neighborhood for a decent price. My daughter has now been in the house a couple of years and we were quite happy with the deal. Jay is an A+ in our book!
Some of the crappiest houses on the market. I think the realtors, themselves, buy the good houses and sell the rundown houses to the public. If youre looking for a foreclosure home, look elsewhere.
Well first off the houses are trash. Then after showing me a house that smelled like cat pee. Horrible experience that has given me a scar that will never heal. I will need to seek therapy. May god have mercy on their souls
I have to agree with both of the other reviews. This company is bad, you feel like a slime ball just talking to them.
