Wish I could give zero stars to this company. Took advantage of a single mother trying to get out of a bad situation. These people are slum lords. I lived in one of their properties and before moving in I was told they were remodeling and the place would be ready by move in date. The key was given to me the place smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was beyond dirty, the oven looked like it had never been cleaned and there was garbage in the basement. Horrible company my daughter rents through them and Noone answers the phone maintenance request go unanswered, the house flooded on March 1st due to a faulty toilet installed and the house is still flood damaged to this very day Sept 30 . They always say we will call the owner and call you back it never happens, also they make you pay a liability insurance for no reason because clearly if a house floods some insurance should have been used for repairs not sure who the slum is the owner or property manager but this company is... read more
