Have been dealing with water leakage and mold for MONTHS they keep sending out Paps construction and NO repairs are being made me and my toddler child are constantly sick from the exposure maintenance doesn’t even answer my calls anymore. I would not recommend them they do not care about our health.
Update The owner has terminated their contract. I am a renter of a property in Akron for 3 years. It is a rent a room place where we share the bathrooms and kitchen . Wayne speed allowed a couples to move into a single room down stair. When they moved in they jimmied the door to my room breaking into the room that I live in. Wayne stated “that they were testing the waters” offered to have them beat up so that way they won’t do it again Instead of fixing the issues and telling them not to do it that. this is not appropriate. ... read more

Wayne is an actual criminal. Do not use this company, he will steal from you. It’s plane and simple, he will lie and steal whenever he can. He creates falls invoices, he will keep rents, he lies about repairs, the list goes on and on.
