We had 2 plumbing issues in a BRAND NEW home we were renting through this company. The builders left a plumbing tool in the pipes causing EVEYTHING to back up into our tub and shower almost over flowing. We reached out to the property manager Bob and we were told to remedy the problem and he would have someone out when they could get there. After getting help from the realtor we used to push the matter someone came out within 24 hours. Bob and Lisa have bought and manage several homes in the last couple of years for us. We have had property managers in Idaho, Oregon and California and Bob and Lisa have been the best we have ever worked with. They are professional, polite and great at their job. But above all, they are just great people. Very fortunate to have found them. John and Tina Hanson San Diego, CA
