I have known Leila since 2014 and what I can say is I do not recommend her to anyone. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. I called to complain a few days after my hair was done. -my hair needs to be re-done. It is yellow and has yellow streaks all through out. Clearly she didn’t leave it in my hair long enough and used a clarifying shampoo (My hair was platinum blonde when I came in) I am very disappointed in her lack of professionalism and I am not the one to write bad reviews but I did give her another chance. Do not have a keratin straightening treatment here! Initially I asked how long it would last and was told 5-6 months. I took that as it would wash out and hair would return to normal, well guess what, when I asked her why it wasn’t coming out, she told me that it does not wash out, she said, I meant roots grow in after 6 months when it has to be redone.
