We used this company for approximately 2 1/2 years. Our pool turned green on May 9th after I had texted a few times to tell them the water didn't look right. They assured me they shocked it and it would clear up. When it turned green and mossy I sent pics and asked for help and they waited until Monday to come out (it was a Saturday that the walls were covered in green fuzz).
