All Star has some customer service challenges. Their office manager struggles to respond to customer requests and inquiries. She made multiple excuses for delayed response to no less than 3 separate phone calls. Ultimately, did speak with someone who was able to address my frustration with how my account was charged; only after having to physically go to the office to ask to speak to the owner. Bottom line, be prepared to have to "fight" to be heard, if you have any issues with the services they provide and/or the fees they ... read more

I had our water lines and drain relocated for a new bathroom vanity installation. Brian arrived on time and started by checking the access needed both in the bathroom and downstairs ceiling. I expressed my concerns about using PEX tubing vs copper and asked what he thought was a better choice for my application. After explaining the advantages of both, I decided to go with PEX type A. I recently called to have a service done at a rental property, which was required by the township. They said they could do the service and they would be the ones to request a permit and they’d call me to set up appts. Two weeks go by and when I followed up with them, they said they were meaning to call me, but forgot only to tell me they were not going to be able to do the service for me and that they did not pull a permit.
