I had our water lines and drain relocated for a new bathroom vanity installation. Brian arrived on time and started by checking the access needed both in the bathroom and downstairs ceiling. They said they could do the service and they would be the ones to request a permit and they’d call me to set up appts. Two weeks go by and when I followed up with them, they said they were meaning to call me, but forgot only to tell me they were not going to be able to do the service for me and that they did not pull a permit.
