Efficient, timely, and courteous service.
A technician named Tito came to my house for a few things. One of which was to replace a bath/shower diverter stem. He removed the old one and stated “wow, this is such an old part, you can’t even find these anymore”. Then he proceeded to give me a $1500 quote to open up the wall and replace all of the plumbing. Two days later I sent a pic of the diverter to a locally recommended plumbing company, who gave me the part number immediately.
