Very unsatisfactory visit. We were having trouble getting hot water to the kitchen faucet. Literally takes 10 minutes to get warm. On his way into the house he dismissed this saying the water heater is too far away from the sink (which it isn't, it's centrally located). He didn't even check the hot water heater. When he was finished checking our garbage disposal and left. Rob responded to my plumbing needs without delay. He advised me correctly about what needed to be done and carried out the repair in an excellent and efficient way. I am looking forward to hire him for future projects. I am updating a year later. I had a repair done today and was again impressed by the quality and efficiency of his work. He is easy to work with and provides good suggestions of how best to fix a problem, a quality hat seems to get rare.
So glad we found All Star Plumbing. Rob is nice and so easy to work with. He texted, requested pictures and promptly responded to schedule the job. We appreciated how he removed our personal items and kept the area clean while he worked and after. That was very thoughtful. His easy personality and amazing work will keep us coming back.
