I experienced poor communication from this office. Calls were not returned, and the responses provided were generic and did not engage with the concerns I outlined. This pattern makes it difficult for patients to receive the clarity and support they reasonably expect. More direct, individualized communication is needed, as the current approach does not provide patients with the clarity and care they expect.

To the Clinic Director: It has been consistently difficult to reach the front desk by phone or receive returned calls after voicemails are left. I understand how busy and understaffed clinics can get, but this has been an ongoing problem for a long time and needs attention immediately. When calls aren’t answered or returned, patients have no way of knowing whether their message was received, whether scheduling is moving forward, or whether they should call again. Having been through 3 neck surgeries, I take rehabilitation and recovery very seriously. The previous PT I was referred to did not meet the standard I needed. Today I went to Mercy to get my knee brace sized I walked in and it’s a small quaint office very nice office staff I went into get my brace sized the gentleman that helped me was so kind and very helpful If you need and products of this kind go to this office you’ll appreciate your visit Thank you for being so kind and helpful
