The receptionist was nice, they scheduled me without an issue. The PT work itself, I had not much improvement. And their PT assistants slack off, they would put me to do an exercise and have me wait for a very long time, until the next one. All they do is talk among themselves, laugh, and have you there waiting while they finish their jokes. I guess they forgot I was there… My treatment ended and had no improvements. Now I have a new referral to a new PT clinic in town. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I have been going to this place for some time now and I always feel welcomed. The staff is very nice and helpful. Very welcoming environment. Dr Dhvani Chauhan, DPT my therapist is amazing. She really helped me to fix my issues with her expertise. Never had an issue to schedule my appointments, front desk is very helpful.
Amazing people that have helped me so much on my road to recovery. The team here pays attention and works with you to make meaningful improvements for your goal. Everyone is very professional and also super kind. Shoutout to my PT Jayce and everyone else I've interacted with so far.
