All of the staff here are kind and listen to how you are feeling. As a health care provider myself, it is nice to feel that I can trust the team caring for me. I have had various physical therapy referrals due to my knee pain. The environment is open and there are various aides that work with multiple patients at a time, but it did not make me feel negatively. The staff here is super friendly and helpful! I have been a patient for a while now and have experienced nothing but professionalism and supportive guidance throughout my recovery. When I was first referred, the front desk went out of their way to contact my surgeon’s office to track down my missing referral. I experienced poor communication from this office. Calls were not returned, and the responses provided were generic and did not engage with the concerns I outlined. This pattern makes it difficult for patients to receive the clarity and support they reasonably expect. More direct, individualized communication is needed, as the current approach does not provide patients with the clarity and care they expect.

To the Clinic Director: It has been consistently difficult to reach the front desk by phone or receive returned calls after voicemails are left. I understand how busy and understaffed clinics can get, but this has been an ongoing problem for a long time and needs attention immediately. When calls aren’t answered or returned, patients have no way of knowing whether their message was received, whether scheduling is moving forward, or whether they should call again. Having been through 3 neck surgeries, I take rehabilitation and recovery very seriously. The previous PT I was referred to did not meet the standard I needed.
