Place is terrible. Please becareful going here and even more cautious if you are to have a family member going to this establishment. Hopefully you are lucky enough to find a physical therapist who is kind and patient. That certainly was not the case for My mom, and unfortunately was met with a female physical therapy assistant who was being repeatedly being rude and even started yelling. Began going All Star during the first of 2025. I was asked to pay $100 to get started. I soon found through my insurance that I should not have been charged. I have been trying to get to get a refund for months. Granted it’s only $100 but now it’s an ethical issue. If I owed them a balance they would send it to a collection agency. Yet I have been ignored, lied to and hung up on. I‘ve called and been put on hold too many times to count. Actually all contact information is in my notes. Beware of their tactics
PT staff was professional and my treatment was effective.
I don’t recommend here. Just wasted 2 weeks of my time and my energy. My therapist she didn’t know jer job at all and didn’t know how to work on my hand.
Folks are nice, but overworked/over-booked with no to minimal time for PTs to be with patients. Plan to start your PT appt by doing 20 min of exercises that you already do at home, followed by 15 min with your PT, then another 20 min of exercises you already do at home. I called to question this process after my 2nd visit and to ask what time to arrive for my appointment if I prefer to continue my exercises at home instead of a hot crowded room and just see my PT, but after 3 messages were sent from the front desk to my PT w... read more
