Had a hard fall combined with a weight lifting injury that left my knee super unstable, in pain, and made it difficult to walk and go about my daily activities. Pete took the time to fully understand what was going on with my knee and would adapt the program to figure out what would best help me, even when my xray and mri weren’t super insightful. I felt much too rushed, pushed aside. The trainer had me down for once a week, why should I bother coming if its only once a week. Also had to wait for over 20 minutes in the middle of my session for the trainer to finish up on another patient Moving on to another company
Chelsea provided pelvic floor therapy for me throughout my entire pregnancy, and it was truly the most amazing experience.
