I am so impressed with the treatment I have received at AllStar Physical Therapy Vista. The physical therapists give me exercises appropriate to my healing. The aides are well trained and follow up exactly as they are trained to do. Also the front desk people are very efficient and always polite and friendly. I highly recommend AllStar Physical Therapy in Vista!
Ray and friends treated my left shoulder which would painfully snap when stretching. Ray would massage my shoulder at the start of every session and his team would work it to the point of achieving a burning sensation. It was then quenched with an ice pad (love that ice pad). My left shoulder is now as strong as my right shoulder and is pain free!!!
Place is terrible. Please becareful going here and even more cautious if you are to have a family member going to this establishment. Hopefully you are lucky enough to find a physical therapist who is kind and patient. That certainly was not the case for My mom, and unfortunately was met with a female physical therapy assistant who was being repeatedly being rude and even started yelling. Began going All Star during the first of 2025. I was asked to pay $100 to get started. I soon found through my insurance that I should not have been charged. I have been trying to get to get a refund for months. Granted it’s only $100 but now it’s an ethical issue. If I owed them a balance they would send it to a collection agency. Yet I have been ignored, lied to and hung up on. I‘ve called and been put on hold too many times to count. Actually all contact information is in my notes. Beware of their tactics
