Unable to get a hold of anyone, and my termite bond is through them! I’m not going to be happy if I have to renew a termite bond with another company!!!
Very professional, always on time for my monthly spraying, office staff are very nice too I don't have a bug problem since using All-star!!
Ok in the beginning. Then Tracy disappeared sending other people to service. Unable to get him on the phone to ask questions for about a year or so. Other service companies provided much more in-depth explanation. I think he began doing ok after I met him and decided to send other people. His attitude has changed greatly.
