He welcomed my son with genuine kindness, patience, and warmth, making him feel safe and comfortable from the moment we arrived. His treatment was incredibly thorough, and his professionalism was matched only by how friendly and compassionate he was. It’s rare to meet someone who cares for a child like their family.
