I have had an amazingly wonderful experience with this company, and I hope everyone reading this will be encouraged to use them with confidence. They do their job and do it well. My special needs, elderly sister lives in a nursing home and has been having problems for over a year with her wheelchair. This place I can't comment on. However I can say the Rep we felt with is a piece of crap. Nothing but lies from the word jump. Avoids my calls now. The one hurt through all this is my mom. Should be ashamed for lying to someone in a nursing home.
