YES CROOK!!! STAY AWAY FROM ALL STAR MOTORS!!!!! Why has no one else reported these crooks? We as consumers have rights as well! My husband and I are outraged! My daughter was in the kitchen and witnessed these crooks literally stealing our car out of our driveway. We have never missed a payment. We have had the car for going on three months. BEWARE!!!!!! My son was 5 days late on his payment. We were in KANSAS and they repo'd the car. We had packed the car the night before to leave in the AM so all our items were in the car. They went through our items and stole what they wanted. They went through my son's wallet and stole his money and took my new MK wallet from the trunk a laptop & 3 pairs of Jordons. He only had the car for one month and put $2000 down. Beware these people are crooks and very disrespectful!!!!

When we first got out car they were nice and really worked with us. Do to a job transfer we moved away from Houston and that's when the problems began. They drafted 2 payments at a time within 2 weeks difference when our account was current and then when we confronted them about it they told us that according to our file we were 3 months behind. Over priced, RUDE, the BMW I bought had one problem after another. One month after I purchased it the transmission was 2600 to replace. And that was only the beginning... Do not go here.
