Guess this office is closed. They never told customers they planned to close this office. Now we have to find a new place to get CPAP supplies.
Have recently learned AllStar has closed all locations permanently. I found excellent assistance at Hometown Medical on Castle Drive in Madison.
Edit: this place is NOT BBB certified. For good reason! The CPAP guy in the back office was out of supplies last week, and then this week I went back, having seen the Dr and received my prescription (as told to by him) and he was still low on product (no masks or machines). He checked to see if he had someone else's in the back he could 'steal' (i.e. Delay THEM from receiving what they'd already ordered). He kept telling me "I need the face-to-face" - (i'd HAD a face to face with the doctor! This the prescription!!) I don't ... read more
