All Star Property Management – *** In response to Mark D...I had 2 small children and 2 large dogs in that house and we had comments that we left it in better shape than it was when we moved in. It would be nice if Mark Dalton would answer his phone or e-mail when a tenant has a serious maintenance emergency. I've been trying to contact mark since 8am this morning via e-mail & phone, not one response, it is now almost 8pm. I sit here typing with a baby in my lap, unable to turn on our kitchen lights for fear of being electrocuted. Water has been leaking out've the kitchen ceiling all day onto our wood kitchen floor in the house were renting. Past Problems – As you can probably figure out, most of the negative reviews are written by upset PAST Tenants who have done damage to Owners homes and were charged for the damage they caused. Photos are taken at move in and also on move out. These protect BOTH parties as does our Extensive Move In work sheet. Please feel confident, as do our 1000+ past/current tenants who have never had an issue. Thank you!
All Star Property Management Masters of Decetipion – This was a horrible property management to use for rentals. In the first 5 minutes after I signed a lease with them, the agent told me that they "are not" there to assist the renter. They forced me to pay what they call a pass-through fee for water and sewer that was not in the lease contract. Any type of upkeep (i.e. appliances, skylights, pest control) I had to educate and quote the law (R.C.W. 59.18) to them and force the work to be done. Once the lease was up, they too... read more
DO NOT RENT WITH ALL STAR – DO NOT RENT HOUSES THROUGH THEM! My objective of this review is to warn others about the sly practices used by this company. Be prepared for them to keep your entire deposit. The only REPAIR that was needed was to a screen door which was around $100 and they kept over 90% of our deposit. Most charges were for normal wear and tear. For example picture nail holes, septic system service and they charged us over $400 to paint ONE room. All Star is Wonderful! Hello, I have been renting from All Star Management for the past 2 years. The only issue was because the owner refused to repair an issue. We have asked to have this repaired, and were told the owner was unwilling to do this. All Star has been wonderful in all other regards. They even drove me to an appointment when my car wouldn't start when I was dropping off the rent. I love these guys.... Big hearts from people who care about you!
CON artists DON'T rent from this company. We complained about the carpets 3 weeks after we moved in and yet when we moved they blamed us for all of the carpet, saying our 5 lb chihuahua soaked them. They had carpets cleaned found 2 urine spots then turned around and said that they have to fix the whole carpet area. Told us we had to pay for something that wasn't in the lease. Just don't do it this is only speck of the problems with these people .
Allstar Management Marysville Unprofessional!! I would advise not doing business with Allstar Management Marysville, WA if you can help it. The company is a JOKE! Their property manager Rebecca is ridiculous! Very uninformative and unprofessional. She is rude, doesnt know anything about her properties, and she doesnt return phone calls very timely. If I were a home owner doing business with Allstar I would think twice about the company representing my rental home. I saw a few of the homes they were in sad shape.
