I booked this service since I was having my daughter’s birthday party at our home. The owner was impossible to hear over the phone. She told me she would email me all of the info & didn’t email me a thing until I emailed her first. They showed up 2 ½ hours LATE. Some areas were done nicely, others were left a mess. They literally pulled the dust off my ceiling fan and left clumps of it on my bed. My upstairs bathroom was a mess and needed to be re cleaned. The floors were so so.
