The first thing I want to say is I never leave one star reviews because it takes energy to do that I would rather not patronize the business instead of leaving a one-star review if there was any way I could leave a negative star review I would for All Star Kia of Baton Rouge. Scheduling an appointment is horrible. You get a call center, they offer you a few different days and times, we picked our date and time, but they scheduled a different date and time than the one we picked. Then you call to confirm, because they don't make confirmation calls, we're told they don't have time to do that, and find out your appointment was for another day that you didn't agree to. Awesome
This dealership is not worth your time. They make appointments and do not show up. I had to bring my vehicle to them three times to fix an issue. When we leased the vehicle , we were told that oil changed and such would be complementary; that was a fib. I am stuck with this car, and these people are the most inept at their jobs. Go buy anywhere but here! If I wasn’t so far on one side with my purchase, I would drop off the car and never look back.
