If I could give 0 stars, I would. Last fall, I took my vehicle here and complained after they changed my oil that my center seats were vibrating. Brought it back in and they treated me like I was making this up. Asked them to check tires at my husband’s requests plus other things and they told me the the roads were substandard. Went back in April still complaining about vibration and had tires rotated . Got charged over two hundred for a filter and argued with the tech that that was not what he showed me . First of all, the porters don't know how to clean a car. Well one of them don't. I'm glad he got fired!
Liz a customer service rep completed repairs on my car at an estimate not approved by my insurance. Then held my car hostage after repairs were completed until I paid the difference. Do not do business with this location, or any of their affiliates in Baton Rouge. They have no courtesy cars and the repairs took a ridiculous amount of time. I regret ever going to this business
Alex was really helpful in setting me up for what I needed for my oil change/general maintenance. Throughout the time my car was out, Alex gave me regular updates on my car and let me know in advance how long things were going to take. They have shuttle services that drove me home and picked me up so I didn't have to spend the day at the service center.
