Bought a brand new vehicle from these guys and they didn’t put an inspection sticker on it. Called not even a week later telling them about it. And they say they don’t do inspection stickers which is a lie. Well I spoke to a fellow employee from there and he said that’s a way to get out of giving someone an inspection stickers because they wanna be lazy. But I don’t see why yall can sell a brand new car with no inspection sticker makes no sense ?
I tend to avoid car dealerships for obvious reasons including trying to upsell you on a lot of things, I have to say my experience with them was pretty smooth, not only was I able to finish everything and have my car in 2-1/2 hours; Mr. Nacho took great care of me and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend this place
Where do I even start? The service department as a whole is cluster. I mean cmon people get your act together. I had to call OVER 40 times many of those being left on hold for up to and a few times over an hour to find out about my part and to schedule an appt because no one could answer. One of the sales guys makes me tear up with laughter on Instagram. Only 4 stars because until I'm out that way and you have a used 5th Gen Z28 Camaro with fixed LS7 heads I won't be a customer. Also, I'm in Canada.
There was a recall on my Kia forte 2016 engine Kia on siegen Lane baton rouge Louisiana replaced the motor . They provided great service including a friendly atmosphere keeping me updated also the work was finished in a timely manner and I can't thank them enough for getting me back on track my car runs great
