NO REAL WARRANTY! LIES LIES LIES Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra a few months ago. The hinge on the inside of the door snapped in half and the door is now out of place and messing up the fender. The dealership will not warranty this because they said that the doors on the 2 door Elantra are too heavy for the hinges and that if the car was on any kind of incline or any wind was blowing that it would cause the hinge to break.... Misleading Website makes cars look better than what they really are in person! Don't be fooled!
Great customer service!!! I brought my Hyundai Sonata to have the driver's side mirror replaced. The part was ordered and delivered in a timely manner. When I brought it in I thought the car was going to be there all day because I could tell they were busy and I also needed my car serviced and my center console latch replaced as well. I had to be at work that day about 3-4 hours after I got to the dealership and I told the guy working on it that if I could get my car back as soon as possible it would be a great help to me. A Battle I had already been quoted a price on a new Hyundai Veloster and quoted a trade-in price. However, my local (New Orleans) dealer couldn't obtain the Veloster exactly as I wanted. All-Star Hyundai, in Baton Rouge, did receive a Veloster like I wanted. And though, per my understanding with my local dealer, they were supposed to send that car to my local dealer, they wouldn't, forcing me to come to their dealership 58 miles away.
