Big Shout-Out to service advisor Misty and her Manager (whose name I forgot...sorry!). They went above and beyond to rectify an issue with my new accord that Honda Corporate apparently didn't want to cover under warranty. Wish I could give them 100 stars.

I was happy to receive service on Monday as I was very concerned about the noise in my car. Misty was very helpful to me. Thank you for the discount. I appreciate the work that Ryan did on my car. I am grateful for the free water, chips and pleasant waiting area. I feel confident that my car will be taken care of by knowledgeable mechanics. However, I did not use 10 as I was unhappy about paying $250 for the diagnostic. Is that amount really necessary? It seems excessive.
The service crew from the schedulers to the mechanics to the managers are all totally focused on customer satisfaction. They make sure you are involved and understand every aspect of the service being done to your vehicle. Why, what and cost are all explained before and during service. I have trusted this Honda dealership since 2014.
Years ago Rosen tried to keep my deposit. They recently bought my previous dealership. I decided to try them again. Recentvisits have been ok. Staff is really nice.
