I called into the service area at Rosen Honda because my 2025 Honda CRV had a problem with the dashboard and display going dark whenever I was driving in the sun. I spoke with Joe and he was great. He quickly got me to the right area on my dashboard that controlled the brightness. While he was on the phone with me I went out into the sunshine with my car, and was SO happy that it was working great. Thank you so much Joe. You’re great.
0 stars. Worst ever. Do not use. Brought odyssey in for extended warranty repair. Ended up getting railroaded into other repairs. Possible sabotage that they would not investigate. Was told they do not have cameras even though they have cameras inside and out that would have shown the way the vehicle sounded entering their facility the 1st time. Mechanic cracked valve cover and left a water pump gasket wedged in engine.

Very prompt and professional. Was there to get new tires for my Acura. Very helpful staff. Misty was courteous.
