Very quick, friendly, helpful, and informative about their process. I’m very grateful to their service.
Lets start with positive , scheduling online was super easy, they gave me nice loaner, which was great. I took vehicle for timing belt service which we all know is very $$$$. They send me video showing old parts out and technician recommended replacing serpentine belt while holding it in his hands (it has to come off to get to timing belt). Service advised called me asking about recommend serpentine belt and few other things, saying it will be additional $199 which I declined. Bad experience with the manager of the service center because he make his own price and please change the manager of service center
I called into the service area at Rosen Honda because my 2025 Honda CRV had a problem with the dashboard and display going dark whenever I was driving in the sun. I spoke with Joe and he was great. He quickly got me to the right area on my dashboard that controlled the brightness. While he was on the phone with me I went out into the sunshine with my car, and was SO happy that it was working great. Thank you so much Joe. You’re great.
0 stars. Worst ever. Do not use. Brought odyssey in for extended warranty repair. Ended up getting railroaded into other repairs. Possible sabotage that they would not investigate. Was told they do not have cameras even though they have cameras inside and out that would have shown the way the vehicle sounded entering their facility the 1st time. Mechanic cracked valve cover and left a water pump gasket wedged in engine.
