Been waiting since Feb for him to install new furnace blower because of chirping noise. Said he’ll do it in spring when I Don’t need the blower So called him in April stating I’m ready to have it changed out he said he would get the motor following Monday. Called him a few weeks later and he said he forgot! It was July 4th weekend and they’re closed so can’t get the motor. Here it’s August now and apparently he can’t get the motor. 2 year warranty on parts and labor will be over come Jan 2025 on new furnace and air unit. I d... read more

I called at 8am on January 15th because I woke up to my furnace not working. He took my information and said he'd be over late morning or early afternoon. Called him late afternoon to confirm he was still coming. No answer - left him a voicemail. No call, no show. Wouldn't recommend!
