I have used All Star Heating & Cooling of Central Florida, LLC for close to 20 years now. They are the absolute best at what they do, they are always there when you need them and they go above and beyond to get to you if you have any emergency issues come up. All Star installed a mini split for us recently and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. The gentleman that came out and gave an estimate was super kind and the installers were very thorough, cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to use the equipment. Even Tiffany in the office was wonderful to deal with. They even registered the warranty for me, which the company who installed our main AC didn’t do so that was a huge bonus for me! I’ve been going to Nick from All Star since 2020 when I bought my first house. They’ve done a full replacement on my house, and one in my mother in laws. They are reliable, they are always available and I have used them in all my other properties ever since. Highly recommend.
My Wi-Fi thermostat quit working and they got here in less than an hour to fix this. They have great customer service and their staff are so professional.Yet friendly. I highly recommend this company
I had 2 units installed by them. During installation I had some concerns and they were addressed. One thing was still bugging me and months later they sent me a survey. I discussed what was bugging me and they sent someone out within days to resolve. Most companies wouldn’t do this. I am so satisfied that I am now leaving ‘tis review as positive. Just a little more background I am a perfectionist and a hard person to please so for me to leave a good review please consider it good. :)
