My wife and I have been going to Dr Palm for several years now and love the personal Aspect of his very professional care. He knows his stuff medically, but also knows each patient personally. Old school, if you will, when doctors were truly invested in their patient’s health.
Shirley answered the phone rudely and said right away they aren't taking any new patients, none she exclaimed. Well, you just lost a potential patient and I hope you are busy enough to afford refusing potential clients!
After looking at the their website where it stated “give us a call to be placed on our wait list”. I called and was told there is no waitlist and they aren’t accepting new patients. I just wanted to leave this review to save you the time of calling. And encourage them to update their website.
