Exceptional service from beginning to end. Cannot express how grateful I am to have had such an easy experience with this company and special shoutout to Joel, the technician who came out and replaced my whole windshield by himself without as much as a fingerprint on the interior lining. I’m not sure how they do it, but it’s magic. Thank you so very much! Would definitely return to this company.
Everything went extremely smooth. The booking and updates of the technician. I was given updates leading up to the repair, the day of and when the technician was arriving. Elijah was on time, extremely polite, professional and did a better than the factory install.
I was able to schedule an appointment to replace the rear window for a KIA Soul with the great Customer Service department, and the technician not only cleaned the broken glass, he also organized everything and provided great suggestions on how to maintain my new rear window!! Thanks!
