Worst auto repair experience ever. I was told replacement & recalibration of windscreen would take 3-3.5 hours and was told at the time of pick up that they hadn’t finished the work and would need the car for another 4 hours the next day. They were not upfront about the time and cost upfront. Would never go back to All Star Glass or recommend them to anyone.
Damaged other parts on the van while replacing sliding door glass. Denied that the technician touched that part during glass replacement.
