I own a 2024 Ford Edge Titanium under manufacturer warranty still. I placed an online appointment for service cause the transmission is acting up. I scheduled an appointment for a transmission service shortly after purchasing my truck. I previously left this dealership a 5-star review, but unfortunately I have to update it based on my recent experiences. What should have been a simple diagnostic turned into an extremely frustrating experience. Over multiple service visits, my truck ended up spending a combined total of about 2.5 months at the dealership with very little progress. I would not recommend ALL STAR FORD to anyone! The service department is HORRIBLE! You can’t get anyone to return your calls after leaving several messages.
I always take my truck here either for oil change or repair, the diagnostic process is a bit slow but always repaired my truck before the estimated time and the service providers always updates me about the process.
