Purchased a vehicle for my son at All Star Ford Prairieville recently. Working with Casey was a pleasant experience. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service even when she was busy with other customers. Casey made my family feel like a priority! Finalizing the paperwork with Barrett in financing was also a pleasant experience.
I had a very good purchasing experience here! The whole sales team was amazing! But specifically Miss Cassaundra! She helped me get out of a tough spot financially on another vehicle and got me into a much better and brand new car! I cannot thank her enough! Will shop here in the future!!!!
I cannot believe the lack of professionalism within this dealership. Our company sent funds two weeks ago and they would not release the vehicle to transport drivers, or send out paperwork. Additionally, we have not been returned any funds. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anybody.
