The All Star team was top tier and made my pre-owned car purchasing experience memorable, I highly recommend. From the time I called about the vehicle, to testing driving it with Coach, and Anna patiently answering all my questions, they truly provided a pressure free buying experience. Anna was my sales person, but everyone there was so personable and kind.
I hate leaving negative reviews but this needs to be known. I left All Star and went somewhere to get a new truck. Because they would not take care of an very important recall even with a letter from manufacturer. This was a couple years ago. I traded it in at another dealer since I couldn't get the Issue resolved. Fast forward to now, I decided to give All-star another try since fuel is so expensive and they're close.
