Made an appointment for an estimated 1 1/2 hour recall and told them we would be waiting in town as we live 1 hour away. Three hour later we had not received any updates so returned and was advised it would not be ready until tomorrow. Half way home we received a call that it was ready. Returned and asked what had caused the mixup and the response was “I don’t know”. “I don’t know” has no place in a customer interaction and basically says I don’t care.
