I would not recommend this dealership. I came to look at a F150 that have been sitting on the lot and when I first got there the engine was at running temperature. That should’ve been a red flag. It was only after I paid 30 K for the truck and cold started it at home. that I find out it had horrendous cam phaser rattle. That is intentional, that was planned, that is an utter lack of integrity and what you would expect from a slimy used car dealer.
I traded my truck in for a 2025 F-150. Mike Hale was straight forward and honest throughout the process. The truck is a smooth ride. If you are looking for a new vehicle reach out to Mike Hake at Canton Ford.
Big shout out to the salesman kelvin and the tech manager Aaron Pozos those are some outstanding guys and canton ford should feel special for having you guys work for them they took care of me from getting me a new truck and going to bat for me when I was having problems at the ford dealership in Monroe la much appreciation to those guys and canton ford. Kelvin and Aaron is one hell of a duo man keep serving the community with great attitudes we need more guys like you
We are traveling back home from Texas to Missouri. We had to pull over today because our throttle went out on our 2011 Ford truck. Luckily it was on the Ford exit. We rolled in. Leon, shop foreman and Gary where are God send. Leon offered to do the work since he had no guys there today. Gary worked all the info through the system. They had us in and out less than 30 min. We highly recommend these people and location. They truly were a blessing to us today!
I purchased my Bronco Sport from Canton (All Star) Ford my salesman was Kevin, he made my purchase so easy and he was so nice, helpful and eager to help me. There was a few small scratches on my vehicle and Kevin set me up with Arron in service who was the paint specialist and I went in and he was great! He fixed them and was really nice and so polite. Thanks to everyone there at Canton All Star Ford, for making my purchase and service excellent. I love my Bronco!! Thanks to you all!
