Arrived a day late. Was to be here delivered between April 14-18. It arrived on the 19th which isn’t to bad, the box was all tore up and some of the bolts were missing, the gaskets were torn. We called Canada and the woman said they don’t pack the hardware but we did receive hardware some was just missing. Not a personable customer service person. Probably won’t do business again.

i recived the flex pipe the order was supposed to have 2 gaskets and 4 bolts and nuts , very dissappointed that i did not received the gaskets and bolts and nuts .one star and finger up

I purchased a driver side converter for a 2015 F150 3.5l ecoboost.. It went 100 miles before turning the check engine light back on with a P0430 code.. Of course, before replacement I had make sure there was no underlying issue's (i.e. misfire, oil contamination, etc). I contacted All Star and they said it would need to be returned before they would warranty it.... They gave me there mailing address and I paid to return it.... It got back to them according to tracking, then they refused the package and did a return to sender... read more

Catalyst assembly: The gasket was bent and cracked. The angle of the pipe was not good and had to be redone in the garage. No partial refund offer. They told me I had to call them to receive a new one when my vehicle was already on the lift and stripped down (The custom order as they said was only to replace the 2 screws flange for a pipe to be weld ready. The pipe between the flexible and the catalyst was not the right angle and was suppose to be original.) Paid 100$ to muffler place to be cut and redone.

My exhaust came without the necessary gasket and hardware that was in the picture when I purchased. Tried calling numerous time, let the phone for 2 minutes, no one answered.
